Hi welcome to my blog. This is about me, my life and the journey I am on. I am a women of faith I believe in the Father Son and Holy Spirit. I believe that there is one true God. My God is the source of my strength, cause with out him I could never have survived the pain, hurts, and confusion of the past year.
I have depression – it came out of the blue. It hit hard. It has turned my life upside down and I don’t know where I am heading with this but I am documenting my journey, the drugs, the doctor visits, the reactions from people, and me trying to hold it together. Work be a Mom to two teenagers, and wife to a wonderful man who is helping me to get through this.
If you are suffering from depression or know someone who is read the journey I am on, I hope it helps you.

Dear GW, been there and done that. You will get through this. You will get through this.
My life has been one crisis after another, but God has rescued me from myself more than anything. You are not alone even tho I know that is a great response to depression, but you are not alone.
It was the worst place I have ever been; i called it my “pit.” Slowly and gradually God pulled me out never to go back.
A little over a year ago my father was on his deathbed. I literally sent myself into different place other than depression; panic attacks. Today, my father is 85, alive and well, exercises and learning the laptop.
I am on Lexapro and so blessed that God has shown me through Jesus, he always, always has a way out. One day, I will be off the meds I just know it.
Hang in there GW. God loves you.
Dear GW, my heart goes out to you. Therapy is good. God may be telling you to do that and that is ok. You are not alone. God loves you.
